Responsibilities:

Developing strategic plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy.

Tokyo based, your key accountabilities may be for the North Asia region where you will:

·Lead 1-2 regional innovation and renovation projects
·Concept, product, pack, and price mix development
·360 communication strategy & materials development
·Clear execution guideline that translates global brand strategy to local Brand Marketing Plan
·Customer/channel strategy, price/value guideline
·Project P&L management
·Monitor local business performance further improvement

·Co-lead with brand manager in developing and executing marketing plans.
·Develop the national goals and marketing strategies.
·Brand P/L responsibility
·Launch/ Re-launch Project management with multi-functional team
·Execute brand activity plans.
·Align national brand and category plans. Amplify national plans with customer plans
·Monitor progress and take action.

Requirement:
·Consumer goods marketing experience at least 4 years as a Marketing assistant or at least 1 year as a Brand Manager
·Experienced to lead innovation/renovation project with cross functional team
·Developed concepts, product, pack, and price mix
·Created integrated communication
·Monitored progress and took action
·Good financial acumen
·Creativity, empathy, obsession with brands & consumers, sense of aesthetics, analytical thinking and rigor.
·Business English
