Business Development Consultant (Hardware)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify new customers for Oracle’s Hardware products within a given sales territory
• Develop and execute effective campaigns in reaching top level executives and line-of-business (LOB) managers about the benefits of Oracle’s Hardware products
• Be a key member of Oracle’s sales team responsible for demand generation and lead qualification, and overall account penetration strategy
• Responsible for building sales pipeline: key business function is prospecting new accounts
• Ability to demonstrate time management, strong sales skills and knowledge of Oracle/Competition
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years line-of-business, software or tele sales experience. Hardware (Business Application of Servers or Storage solutions) knowledge is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level, LOB executives or technical audiencesAbility to understand customer's industry and core business processes, and then identify the problems they are facingAbility to understand and describe how Oracle’s product solutions and features can address the business issues that customers are facingIntegrate with both Inside and Field sales reps to develop account strategyEstablish account presence and build trust with key contactsAbility to work in a team environmentGood Telephone etiquetteAn entrepreneurial spiritGood Territory education.
