Paralegal

Position description:
- Japanese to English translation of a broad range of documents, from publicity materials to annual reports, with some English to Japanese translation;
- Legal research, proofreading, assisting with due diligence and general paralegal duties.

Ideal candidates would possess:
- Native English language ability with excellent writing skills;
- Level 1 Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent Japanese language ability;
- A law degree or legal background perferable; and
- The ability to work as part of a busy and dedicated team.

Experience in translation would be preferred. The position is located in central Tokyo and salary will be determined according to experience.
