Responsibilities:
- Maximizing all sales opportunities and activities to achieve the revenue goals
- General marketing including online strategy
- Tenant retention and existing account management
The position requires an intelligent, outgoing, and passionate individual who is self-driven and highly motivated to meet prospect and close deals. The ideal candidate must be able to articulate the firm's services and products to key decision makers and business users.
He/she must assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Minimum Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years working experience in either Residential or Commercial Real Estate / Private Equity / Wealth Management / Hotel industry
• Solid channel sales experience is an advantage
• Candidate with existing clientele definitely advantage
• Aggressive, initiative and result oriented
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must
• Willing to accept challenge and work under pressure
