ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

As seen English curriculums in elementary schools as compulsory studies, globalization has surely becoming more obvious in Japanese early education. Today, it is not hard to find an international school or international preschools, and children are becoming bilinguals at very early stages. However, they are still required to be ready for any formal examinations. Gifu Trilingual International School Seven Seas was established to host children in our neighboring areas to experience language studies as well as other multi-studies to cover overall school curriculums. What we do more is to teach the multi-studies in English or Chinese. Our new approach in teaching multi-studies in the second language (English or Chinese) has positive responses from both the parents and children.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be a native or equivalent level of English speaker,
Must have a university degree in the medium of English,
Must have a valid Japanese work visa,
Experiences in teaching children are highly desirable,
Must be professional and mature in all aspects of behavior,
Japanese or international driver's license is desirable.

WORKING HOURS
For full-time positions
Weekdays
/14:00-22:00
Saturday, during Schools vacations (:Spring Holiday, Summer Holiday, Winter Holiday)
/9:00-19:30 (8 hours/day)
*these times are the base to work on. Teachers are welcomed to have flexible working hours.

HOLIDAYS
Sunday + any desired day

SALARY
Full-time position
200,000-350,000JPY/month
*the starting salary will be considered based on the age and previous experiences.

Training periods:
Max: 3months ( the length of the training will be varied according to the performance)
Training salary: 180,00JPY+/month
*the training salary will be considered based on the age and previous experiences.

OTHER CONDITIONS
Pay rise 1/year
Bonus 2/year
Health Insurance and Employee’s Pension Insurance included.
Travelling expenses are to be covered (max 10,000JPY/month).
An accommodation will be provided if needed (A room can host a family if needed!).
If you have your own child/children… children aged between 2-6: discount tuition fee (1/2 of the full price) at any cooperate kindergartens. Children aged above 6 (elementary students): discount tuition fee for any classes within our school.
