Nursery Class Teacher Kyoto
Initial Training will be provided prior to commencement.
Key Competencies - Self motivation, High energy level, Verbal and written communication skills, Attention to detail, High work standards, Problem solving, Decision making, Organizing and planning, Learning orientation, Critical thinking, Stress tolerance, Flexibility, Adaptability, Initiative
Educational Requirements - Early Childhood Education Qualification or equivalent from a registered educational establishment or University Degree.
Experience Required - Previous teaching experience is required with advantage given to applicants who have experience working with young children
Linguistic Ability - Must be a native speaker of the English Language with a strong command of both written and spoken English and grammar. An ability to speak Japanese is desirable.
Commitment All applicants must be able to commit to a 1 year contract, which is renewable.
Background Check - All applicants must submit to a background check and successfully complete and provide at least two contactable references
Working Hour Requirement - Monday to Friday 09:00am – 6:00pm
*Optional Saturday overtime available
Leave Entitlement Golden Week (5 days), Obon (5 Days), New Year (14 days), National Holidays
10 Additional Contractual days
Transportation allowance - Up to 30,000Yen per month
