Job Responsibilities:

Global Website Design, Optimization, and Management:

Partners with multiple agencies, vendors, and brand team members to execute website strategy. Participates in vendor selection/review process if applicable.Contributes to user experience strategy across websites and microsites.Manages global websites.Provides input to goals and KPIs for websites and microsites.Coordinates and performs content updates to websites and microsites.Leads SEO projects.Leads site maintenance and management projects.

Ecommerce / Web Property Monetization (B2B and B2C):

Implements projects related to B2B and B2C platforms.Implements ecommerce merchandising plan, encompassing existing assortment and new online exclusive categories.Collaborates with sales and channel marketing to develop plans to increase sales.

Mobile:

Interacts with agency partners to execute marketing opportunities.Develops expertise with respect to how consumers use mobile services and applications, and how competition is evolving.Interprets analysis of performance and tests to develop recommendations for future activities.

Social Network/Social Commerce:

Activates, analyzes and tracks social media growth and consumer engagement.Manages and develops relationships with industry bloggers.

Digital Assets, Content Development and Management:

Oversees digital asset management.Creates and manages content calendar.Evaluates, edits, maintains product info and content management system.Implements and manages digital brand standards.Leads and executes content syndication to major stakeholders.

Support Digital Agency Management:

Facilitates projects and programs processes between brand teams, digital agency and internal/external technology and operations teams.

Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Metrics and Analytics:

Leads in gathering and analyzing customer and consumer satisfaction and engagement metrics (qualitative and quantitative) and adjusts initiatives based on results.

Digital Promotions, Advertising, Media:

Manages paid search campaigns including agencies, vendors, and tools.Manages execution of consumer promotions and vendors to facilitate campaigns.Provides input to strategy.Manages projects related to content production.

Consumer/Customer Relationship Management and Support:

Implements online contact and lead management strategy.Collaborates with consumer services managers to develop consumer response and issue management digital strategies.

Direct Marketing via Online and Associated Database Management:

Reviews email marketing results and reports metrics.Recommends projects to grow the consumer database and maximize the value.

Community Relations and Industry Best Practices:

Cultivates relationships with peers throughout the company to discuss and share experiences and best practices.

Organization Role and Structure and Talent Management:

Assigns employees clear projects and tasks, and coaches and develops their skills.  Completes PMDP process for self and approves PMDP(s) for direct report(s).Collaborates with digital marketing peers to share digital marketing best practicesUses appropriate decision-making and approval processes in a timely manner.Acts upon recommendation to streamline and simplify digital marketing processes. Manages overall day-to-day operation of the digital marketing function.Works collaboratively with corporate e-business to develop a clear statement of work or project scope and determines compensation for all digital marketing agencies before beginning work.Participates in and helps organize digital marketing recruiting events and interviews. Four-year college degree.5+ years of digital marketing, ecommerce, marketing and/or general management work experience.Digital marketing, ecommerce, digital metrics and analytics experience preferred.
