CRM(Customer Relationship Marketing)Manager
= Define, plan and implement programs from Free/New to Active customers as well as loyalty program, including retention program
= Plan and execute annual programs with benchmark targets
(upgrade return rates and active members with average frequency)
= Report trend analysis, and propose improvement plan based on results (Qtrly)
= Make brief of mailing contents, materials and be responsible for mailing lists
= Development of all necessary materials/tools for the Brand’s customer programs
= Propose improvement its efficiency
= Coordinate with HQ’s Promotion department
(2) Manage maintenance of the Brand’s customer database in complying with Private Information Protect Act
(3) New Recruitment as a part of launch and promotion supports through internet activities and customer lists (w/Sales Team)

Launch/Promotion Analysis and Feedback from a viewpoint of customer target mix for each activity
= Make post launches analysis in terms of new recruitment, new active, and active as well as any particular characteristics
= Propose immediate actions if needed (mainly additional e-communication opportunity/needs)
= Propose actions to next program, if applicable

Customer Evolution Analysis for following points:
= Recruitment characteristics for the product category, including demographic characteristics
= Repeat rates of new customers in each category
= Loyal customer characteristics (for different status) for the product category, including demographic characteristics
= Repeat rate of loyal customer (for different status) in each category
(6) Develop and manage department’s expenditure and budget

Education: University graduate with major in business, marketing or related discipline.
Language: Good Japanese and English communication skills both in writing and speaking (TOEIC 850 equivalent, preferred)
Experience: at least 3 years experience in Customer Relationship Marketing (in luxury, consumer product business preferred)
Business Intelligence IT literacy preferred.
Creative skills are a plus.
Online business / internet skills are a plus.
