Requirements??

• 5-10 years of proven consulting or project management experience for HCM implementation or transition projects.?

• Successful track record of full cycle project management?• In-depth knowledge of entire ERP Project Life Cycle

?• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft modules (HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Finance related modules such as GL, AP, AR, etc)

?• Strong communicator, diplomatic negotiator?

• Strong leadership and willing to contribute hands-on

?• Bilingual and Bicultural (Preferable)?

• Persistent and willing to go the extra mile?

• Business Level bilingual Japanese / English language skills
