Duties
The Site Manager will be the focal point for all interactions with the COR and ensure compliance with contract provisions in the most expeditious manner possible. This individual will have complete authority over DasNet resources assigned to the contract and be empowered to negotiate new work orders on behalf of DasNet.
The Site Manager shall be designated as the key interface between the Government and the contractor staff at the site.
Perform all management, administrative, and technical oversight of the project activities.
Integrate all functions and activities necessary to perform the project to meet requirements.
Plan and implement actions by the program team to define and implement technical baseline and meet quality requirements for products and services.
Direct project team personnel, manage cost and schedule, ensure contract compliance, and serve as customer interface.
Participate in project imitation activates, including plan and budget preparation, leading the project team in successfully executing the project closeout activities, and collecting lessons learned.
Manage cross-functional teams responsible for delivering high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
Ensure appropriate management, customer, and supplier involvement throughout the life of the project.
Listen to and understand customer expectations and concerns, and assure customer project is being executed effectively.
Additional site functions and responsibilities include staff planning, facilities management, schedule monitoring, financial tracking, performance measurement (e.g., response timeliness), and progress reporting.
Experience Details
5 years experience in the field of telecommunications.
Education Details High School Diploma.
IT Level II; IA Certification Category and Level â IAM II Certification required.
Technical school (US military training and certifications plus experience in this area may substitute education).

* Must have a SECRET security clearance with NACLC

* Travel - Domestic and International required
* Must have valid Driver’s license
* Must be proficient in reading and writing English
* Must be expert in Cisco 15454, SONET transport, Alcatel Microwave Radio, Cisco 3845, CEoIP, Technical Control Procedures IAW DISAC 310-70-1, TRAMCON, CCFB, IDF, MDF, or DSX-1 patch panel, DSX-3 patch panel, and Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment.Complete the form below to apply to this position
